Shannon has served in many amazing roles at Gray Television leading to her most recent role as a Graphic Compliance Coordinator for the Automotive Division. Shannon has been with Gray through changes and growths; her ability to adapt to change with a positive, leadership state of mind is hard to find. She is a dedicated, creative leader.

In addition, Shannon spearheaded a totally revamped training system for our Digital Design department and coordinated with our Automotive Division to increase workflow and productivity while maintaining the most remarkable and respectful work environment with her team, as she regularly went above and beyond in terms of support, commitment, or hard work.

I am confident that Shannon will be able to provide an innovative and creative approach to any opportunity granted to her. Any project Shannon intends to create in her future role will be done with care and expert precision as she has demonstrated repeatedly throughout her time at Gray Television.
